Your Daily Diet



BREAKFAST
 Omelette made of 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg with 4 oz. of sautéed shrimp and spinach and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese 

DAILY POST-WORKOUT SHAKE 

1 scoop of One World Whey Protein• 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk • 2 scoops Body Ecology Vitality SuperGreen powder • 1 tsp. pure coconut oil • Ice 

LUNCH Homemade chicken and white bean soup with a green salad and 2 tbsp. Trader Joe's Light Champagne Vinaigrette 
SNACK

6-oz. salmon filet with ½ yam and sautéed brussels sprouts

THE VERDICT 

"Laila has a very clean diet," says nutritionist and author of The Fast Metabolism Diet Haylie Pomroy of the 5'11" athlete. "I am so impressed she adds the healthy fat of a whole egg to her breakfast and coconut oil to her smoothie." 

BRANDI GLANVILLE, 40 

BREAKFAST 

8-oz. coffee with fat-free creamer 

LUNCH 

2 tacos and 2 small red burritos from Del Taco with extra cheese and light sauce on the beans 

SNACK 

½ cup sunflower seeds at baseball practice

2 pieces BBQ chicken with a scoop of coleslaw and a plain biscuit

THE VERDICT 

There's no such thing as a typical day for the 5'11" Real Housewife: "I just eat when I'm hungry." Still, "I wish her calories were more nutrient-packed," says Pomroy. "Vitamin C-rich fruits like oranges are easy to keep in the car."

BREAKFAST 

8-oz. homemade smoothie with strawberries, banana, protein powder, almond milk, 1 packet Truvia sweetener 

SNACK

Water with lemon • Spinach salad with almond pieces, straw- berries, tangerines and fat- free balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Total Calories: 1,120 

THE VERDICT 

"Katherine does an amazing job of eating three meals and two snacks, fueling her metabolism," says Pomroy of the 5'11" former Miss Alabama. But with thrice weekly workouts, "she could add at least 600 more healthy calories."

THE VERDICT 

The N.Y-based Juice Press supplements what Pomroy calls a diet "packed with antioxidant-rich fruits and veggies." But on the days she exercises, the 5'10" model could add more fruit before the workout and a protein-based snack after.
